English in the World

The first lesson was an exciting journey around the world, during which the participants discovered English from a whole new perspective.

The participants of first courses took part in the “English in the World” game quest, featuring fun tasks, riddles, language challenges, and team missions. As they travelled across different countries and continents, they discovered where English is used, learned interesting facts about the English-speaking world, and tested how well they could use English in everyday situations.

During the quest, the participants:

• went on a virtual journey around the world;
• completed short communication tasks in English;
• solved riddles and language puzzles;
• took part in exciting team challenges;
• discovered interesting facts about English-speaking countries;
• collected points, clues, and stamps in their “traveler’s passport” for completing missions.

The main goal of the lesson was to show that English is not just a school subject, but a language of international communication, travel, new friendships, and exciting discoveries.

The quest ended with a final team mission, where the participants had the opportunity to use the knowledge they had gained and prove that they were ready to explore the world together with English!
